When we considered how to design procurement programs that would be impactful for our clients and stakeholders, it became clear that we needed to address all sides of the equation. What do Tier I vendors look for when subcontracting for premiere sports and entertainment events? What do Tier II suppliers need to know about the special event procurement process to be more successful in competing for and winning contracts?

We custom design programs to address both of those questions and to address the barriers to access that limit contract opportunities for local, small, and diverse business owners.

We provide prime sports and entertainment event clients with a tool we call a Supplier Resource Guide. It is a market-specific, specially curated list of experienced, talented, and certified subcontractors who provide the event production skills and resources needed to build large events.

In every market where we’ve worked, we’ve found that our Tier II suppliers are highly qualified business people who understand how to integrate their team’s skills into the sophisticated and often complicated multi-level production processes of premiere events. Our role is to train our member companies to compete at the highest levels.

Our program offers a full menu of business development workshops designed to grow subcontractors’ business acumen and networking events that offer ongoing contract opportunities beyond the events we serve.
