The Waymer Associates Partnership Group brings together two premiere sports and entertainment consulting firms.

B.J. Waymer, Inc. is a results-focused cause marketing and program development firm. Partner firm, Waymer Associates, LLC, represents the group’s event production and supplier procurement division, concentrating on major national sporting and entertainment events.

The team specializes in issue-driven programming, strategic development, and thoughtful project execution. Our expertise includes developing intentional alliances with businesses, communities, governments, and non-profit leaders to form local partnerships that drive economic and social impact programming for our business, sports, and philanthropy clients.

David has a multifaceted work history encompassing sports, business, and philanthropy.  He excels at communication across cultural and social divides and leads both event production and supplier diversity programming at Waymer Associates.

Supplier Sourcing

Waymer Associates designs bespoke supplier procurement programs to service the event production subcontracting needs of premier sports and entertainment clients nationwide. We curate market-specific programs that offer clients a full menu of services that can include:

  • Identify and train small, local, and underrepresented businesses to compete for special event contracting opportunities related to world-class sports and entertainment events
  • Assemble market-specific Resource Guides featuring experienced, event-ready businesses with capabilities that align with the most frequently requested business lines of major event producers
  • Increase procurement opportunities for minority-, women-, LGBTQ+-, persons with disabilities, small, local and veteran-owned businesses
