David B. Waymer is the founder of Waymer Associates, LLC, which specializes in event production, supplier procurement, and graphic design for high-profile national sporting events.
Throughout his career, David has consistently proven his ability to design and execute large-scale experiential events. He excels at identifying, vetting, and training local suppliers for high-profile sports contracts. His design expertise has also led to the creation of impactful fan-facing collateral, eye-catching signage, and tailored Resource Guides that empower vendors to source experienced local suppliers.
A key architect of the sourcing and vetting protocols for eight consecutive Super Bowls, David played a vital role in the success of the NFL’s Business Connect Program. Now based in LA, the Business Connect Program serves as the official supplier procurement initiative for the globally recognized events that the LASEC attracts to the region.
Before launching Waymer Associates, David served as Vice President of Operations at B.J. Waymer Associates, Inc., where he managed client activations and orchestrated impactful event strategies. He began his career as a consultant for the national nonprofit Common Threads, where he was responsible for social media management, corporate and donor relations, and grant writing.
Immediately out of college, David worked at Pro Sports Experience, a Chicago-based company organizing NFL youth football camps, where he honed his writing and communication skills as the Marketing and Communications Manager.
David is a proud graduate of Northwestern University (Class of 2014), where he earned a dual degree in International Studies and Psychology. His diverse background in event production, strategic sourcing, and marketing continues to drive his passion for creating seamless, high-impact experiences in the sports and entertainment world.
