Waymer Associates was contracted to lead the NFL’s national Business Connect initiative in 2015. Business Connect promotes equitable and inclusive procurement practices in NFL event markets, identifying and preparing experienced, event-ready suppliers to work alongside the League's primary vendors. The program supports women, minority, LGBTQ+, and veteran-owned businesses, providing professional development workshops, networking, and opportunities for local, diverse suppliers to compete for contracting opportunities related to the League’s signature events - Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, and Draft.
Waymer Associates was first hired by the League in 2003 as a special event consultant and program developer for the NFL Corporate Social Responsibility division and NFL Foundation.
